Rates for your temporary apartment are per room and night, incl. VAT.
Excl. city tax CHF 2.50/person and night (1.1.24 CHF 3.50/person and night).
The city tax includes free use of bus and rail for the A-Welle city network, zones 560 & 570 (from 2 pm on the day of arrival to 2 pm on the day of departure) and many other attractive offers in and around Baden.
Surcharge for second person CHF 20.00/night excl. city tax.
Parking fee: CHF 5.00/vehicle and night for uninterrupted use during stay, otherwise CHF 15.00/vehicle and night
Guarantee and cancellation terms
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. A fee of CHF 300.00 will be charged for cancellations after that cut-off point. A 14-day, non-refundable advance payment will be requested on the day of arrival. All subsequent weekly payments will be automatically debited from the registered credit card each Monday. An additional deposit of CHF 500.00 will be charged to guests without a credit card on the day of arrival. The departure date may be changed free of charge up to 7 days before the originally confirmed departure. A fee of CHF 300.00 will be charged to cover early departures.
