Our monthly rent
Book directly with us your room for a minimum of a month with weekly cleaning and bedclothes and towels change.
The monthly rent is including free entrance to the gym.

Rates are per room and month, incl. VAT and city tax CHF 3.50/person and night
The city tax includes free use of bus and rail for the A-Welle city network, zones 560 & 570 (from 2 pm on the day of arrival to 2 pm on the day of departure).
Parking fee CHF 5.00/vehicle and night
Surcharge double occupancy business room CHF 300.00/month
Surcharge double occupancy top-floor room CHF 300.00/month
Final cleaning fee CHF 500.00
Guarantee and cancellation terms
Minimum length of stay: 30 days
Period of notice: 1 month
Rent payment: The first rental payment will be charged to the credit card 30 days prior to arrival. The final cleaning and any parking fees will be charged upon arrival. The next rental payment will be made after 30 nights for the following month.
