Our monthly rent
Book directly with us your room for a minimum of a month with weekly cleaning and bedclothes and towels change.
The monthly rent is including free entrance to the gym.

Prices are per room per day (minimum 30 nights), including VAT but excluding city tax of CHF 3.50 per person per night.
The city tax includes free travel by bus and train on the A-Welle Zone 560 & 570 city network (arrival day from 2 p.m., departure day until 2 p.m.).
Parking CHF 5.00/vehicle per night.
Surcharge for double occupancy in a business room CHF 20.00/day, excluding city tax CHF 3.50/person per night.
Surcharge for double occupancy in an attic room CHF 20.00/day, excluding city tax CHF 3.50/person per night.
Final cleaning fee CHF 500.00
Guarantee and cancellation terms
Minimum length of stay: 30 days
Period of notice: 1 month
Rent payment: The rental payment, final cleaning, and any additional services for the booked period are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
Extensions are only possible for a minimum of 30 nights and are payable on site at the time of booking.
